Okay, I know. I feel like we’ve been running a holiday marathon the past few weeks. I’m not trying to stress y’all out, this is just to get those juices flowing, start brainstorming ideas, and just to be thinking ahead and getting some holiday ordering done!
Christmas promotion items are always fun and relatively easy to come up with. Christmas/Holiday employee gifts require a little more creativity and a little more thought. So here are a few ideas to help out!
Let’s start with my favorite, the super soft micro mink and faux lambs wool blanket. Embroider the corner with your logo and company name and distribute them as gifts. These blankets are so soft and plush, everyone will love them. This is a great way to show appreciation and spread the warmth of the Holiday season to your employees in a fun and classy way!
Fuzzy blankets are a little on the feminine side. A lot of classic holiday/Christmas gifts are. If you want to branch out a bit and provide some specific gifts geared towards the more masculine side, give the engraved spatula and tongs a try! Laser cut your logo or a design of your choice into the spatula head or tongs for a fun way to show your brand and provide good quality grilling utensils!
Food. Food is good. Everybody loves food. No one ever opens a gift and says “Oh man, not free food again! When will I ever use this?!” Some companies prefer to send various meats and cheeses, others prefer sweets. Both would be appreciated, chocolate is a little bit easier to work with because logos and brand phrases can be carved directly onto the chocolate, and not just the box it comes in. Either way, food is a great way to reach out to your employees and wish them happy holidays.はい
These kinds of gifts are perfect for some companies, others may not have the
means or desire to go all out on holiday gifts for employees. We always recommend doing what you can, but for the smaller gesture, you should still take the time to make it personal. Personalized cards from your company with the logo on it can make a difference and be made for very little. This is a classier way to go with a simple option.
These are just a few ideas as the holidays approach, and I’m sure we will be talking about it more. It’s always best to be thinking ahead and get a plan for these kinds of events and have everything ready to make for a more relaxed holiday season.
